Our story
Born from love. Built on second chances.
Connie Leigh came into our lives as a survivor. She was part of a bernedoodle litter struck by Parvo — a heartbreaking illness that took many of her siblings. But Connie fought, and we brought her home.
Her story is why we do this. Every dog deserves a chance at a full life, surrounded by people who love them. Connie Leigh and Me exists so that no dog has to face a shelter when there's a family out there waiting.
We're not a shelter. We're a bridge — between the families who love their dogs but can no longer keep them, and the families who have room in their hearts and homes for one more.
